Treasury Management Specialist
Job Purpose:
The Treasury Management Specialist is responsible for the management of Analysis Accounts, 1031 accounts, and supported applications. The Treasury Management Specialist will be responsible for the effective use and application of the Account Analysis application and digital channels for both consumer and commercial clients. The specialist will work closely with relationship managers, technology teams, and operations to ensure an efficient and seamless customer experience while optimizing treasury management products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analyzing business client bank statements, credit reports, financial reviews, and other documentation to support a recommendation for use of the bank’s ACH, RDC, Mobile RDC service. Must ensure ACH annual reviews and RDC or ACH reviews are completed according to department policies and procedures.
- Responsible for reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to supporting applications.
- Coordinate service support for resolution of client implementations of depository/treasury management services; communicate resolutions to clients; acts as liaison between clients and Banc operational departments.
- Fulfills requests for online banking setup, user modification, limit increase in accordance with department procedures.
- Performs and completes callback process for the online banking setup and modification according to department procedures.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Banc’s clients and its service providers including the Account Analysis application, online banking and digital payments channels.
- Subject matter expert for Account Analysis including business deposit volumes, pricing, billing cycles, maintenance, reconcilement & risk control for Banc.
- Complete and callback necessary changes in Core System and Analysis system for proper syncing of structures.
- Complete Account Analysis pricing, proforma review, modifications, review of submitted forms.
- Communicate with Relationship Bankers and Relationship Managers about deficits, surplus of unused ECR, follow up on invoicing, third party agreements, and modification forms.
- Provides prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service in the processing of client transactions.
- Proactively recognize appropriate Treasury Management products and services to present to clients in support of their needs and goals.
- Participate in meetings and presentations by service providers to obtain product knowledge and training.
- Ensure proper documentation requirements are met for all accounts maintained by the Banc.
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns regarding their accounts (i.e., current balance, checks cleared, transactions in process) in a timely manner.
- Performs additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, or related financial services.
- Strong understanding of treasury products such as ACH, wires, lockbox, RDC, and fraud prevention services.
- Experience working with fintech clients and API-driven banking solutions is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to treasury management services.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in treasury management systems, online banking platforms, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, compliance, and technology teams.
